RoHS & REACH Compliance
To support global lead-free initiatives and comply with international restrictions on hazardous substances, NetPower board-mounted DC-DC converters, non-isolated POL regulators, and EV power modules are manufactured without restricted chemicals or harmful heavy metals. We continuously monitor our global supply chain to verify that candidate Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) under EU REACH regulation remain below specified thresholds.
Conflict Minerals & Responsible Sourcing
NetPower actively complies with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. We enforce a strict responsible sourcing policy requiring suppliers to conduct due diligence regarding the origin of Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold (3TG). Our goal is to verify that materials used in NetPower power conversion products do not directly or indirectly finance armed groups in conflict regions.
