High-Performance Thermal & EMC Power Accessories
Complementing our advanced DC-DC power conversion modules, NetPower supplies an array of specialized hardware accessories. Designed to meet strict industrial and automotive standard footprints (including 1/32nd, 1/8th, 1/4th, and 1/2 brick power modules), our accessories enable hardware engineers to satisfy thermal derating margins and stringent conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) requirements with field-proven reliability.
Precision Heatsinks for Convection & Forced-Air Cooling
NetPower high-efficiency aluminum heatsinks are specifically formatted for DOSA-compliant and industry-standard brick DC-DC power modules. Available in multiple height profiles and fin orientations (transverse and longitudinal), these heatsinks optimize convection heat transfer and airflow pass-through, reducing junction temperature and extending power module operational lifespans in demanding high-ambient environments.
| Part Number | Package Footprint | Height Profile | Cooling Compatibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| HS229CMA-x | 1/32nd Brick | 22.9 mm | Convection / Forced Air |
| HSxxxxEx-x | 1/8th Brick | 6.0 / 11.4 / 22.9 mm | Natural / Forced Convection |
| HSxxxxQA-x | 1/4th Brick | 6.0 / 11.4 / 22.9 mm | Natural / Forced Convection |
| HSxxxCHA-x | 1/2 Brick | 6.0 / 11.4 / 22.9 mm | Natural / Forced Convection |
Conducted EMI Filters (PFT Series)
The NetPower PFT Series EMI filter modules are engineered to suppress differential-mode and common-mode conducted noise generated by high-frequency switching DC-DC power converters. Delivering ultra-high insertion loss across the regulatory spectrum, these compact filter blocks assist systems in meeting CISPR 22 / CISPR 32 Class B and FCC Part 15 Class B compliance limits seamlessly. Supporting operating input voltages up to 80V DC, PFT filters are ideal for 24V, 48V telecom, datacom, and industrial bus systems.
| Part Number | Function Type | Input Voltage | Rated Current | Footprint Dimensions (L x W x H) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PFT0H005J8 | Conducted EMI Filter | Up to 80V DC | 5A Continuous | 1.04" x 1.04" x 0.50" (26.4 x 26.4 x 12.7 mm) |
| PFT0H007J8 | Conducted EMI Filter | Up to 80V DC | 7A Continuous | 1.04" x 1.04" x 0.50" (26.4 x 26.4 x 12.7 mm) |
