Engineered for Heavy-Duty Electric Transportation

Overseas vehicle OEMs and system integrators mandate uncompromised durability under harsh working environments. NetPower e-Mobility converters combine state-of-the-art silicon carbide (SiC) design with robust mechanical enclosures.

IATF 16949 Certified Quality Control

Every e-Mobility converter undergoes 100% automated end-of-line testing, automated optical inspection (AOI), environmental stress screening (ESS), and continuous thermal cycling to guarantee zero-defect field operation.

Automotive CAN Communication

Integrated isolated CAN 2.0B / SAE J1455 / J1939 communication interface allows real-time telemetry, voltage/current adjustment, bootloader software updates, and fault reporting directly to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU).

Advanced Thermal Management

Designed for glycol/water liquid cooling systems or heavy aluminum cold-plate conduction. Thermal derating rules ensure continuous rated output power even under ambient engine compartment conditions up to 85°C.

Full Electrical Protection & EMC Compliance

Equipped with input over-voltage, input under-voltage lock-out, short-circuit protection (auto-recovery), over-temperature shutdown, and full compliance with CISPR 25 Class 3/4 electromagnetic interference standards.
